Our New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for converting prospects into future Davidson Homeowners, generating referrals, self-prospecting, and building community and Realtor relationships.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Welcome all guests to the community.</li><li>
Guide customers through the home buying process while meeting sales and customer satisfaction goals.</li><li>
Actively use CRM program for follow-up and marketing management.</li><li>
Demonstrate model homes, quick move-in homes, amenities, and home sites.</li><li>
Understand in-depth all aspects of your community: floor plans, amenities, home sites.</li><li>
Generate leads by building relationships and self-prospecting.</li><li>
Monitor, meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.</li><li>
Assist Online Sales Consultant &amp; Marketing Team.</li><li>
Build &amp; maintain broker relationships on an ongoing basis.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Minimum Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
At least 3 years of commissioned sales experience, preferably in homebuilding or luxury sales</li><li>
Proven metrics and sales results (e.g. percentage of goals met or exceeded, awards and accomplishments).</li><li>
Professional communication skills.</li><li>
Must be a strong team collaborator.</li><li>
Must have reliable transportation to meet established job functions</li><li>
An active real estate license may be required in some markets.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Four-year degree preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
