We&rsquo;re looking for an MRO Sales Director to lead revenue growth and expand our footprint in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) market. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who understands how to navigate aviation maintenance environments and close complex service deals.

Responsibilities
Drive Growth<ul><li>
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow MRO revenue across Part 91 and Part 135 operators, fleet managers, and corporate flight departments</li><li>
Identify, pursue, and close new business including:
<ul><li>Heavy maintenance events (inspections, major checks)</li>
<li>Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance programs</li>
<li>AOG (Aircraft on Ground) support</li>
<li>Component repair and overhaul services</li>
</ul></li><li>Build and maintain a strong, accurate sales pipeline and forecast</li></ul>
Build &amp; Manage Client Relationships<ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and high-value prospects</li><li>
Develop long-term relationships with Directors of Maintenance, Chief Pilots, and fleet decision-makers</li><li>
Conduct regular client visits, facility tours, and in-person meetings</li><li>
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business</li></ul>
Shape Market Strategy<ul><li>
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics</li><li>
Partner with leadership on pricing, positioning, and service offerings</li><li>
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities</li></ul>
Requirements:

 Education and Experience<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in aviation MRO sales, business development, or account management</li><li>
Proven track record of closing high-value service contracts and hitting revenue targets</li><li>
Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations and customer priorities</li><li>
Established network within corporate aviation, Part 91/135 operators, or fleet management</li><li>
Experience selling maintenance services, heavy checks, or AOG support</li><li>
Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, CMP)</li><li>
Experience working closely with technical or maintenance teams</li></ul></div>
