**Overview:**We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks and possess knowledge in family law.**Duties:**- Conduct legal research and assist in document preparation- Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and mediations- Manage and organize legal documents and files- Assist in drafting motions, agreements, and other legal documents- Schedule hearings, meetings, and mediations- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team**Skills:**- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Fastcase- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information- Familiarity with document review processes and filing portal- Strong administrative skills including phone etiquetteThis position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment where you can further develop your skills in various areas of family law.
