JOB TITLE: Insider Threat Analyst 
 
SUMMARY: Provide Insider Threat support to support our customer at Fort Belvoir, on-site, 
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Identify and report indicators of insider threat events</li>
<li>Use tools to analyze network traffic, system log files, User Activity Monitoring (UAM) data, and other artifacts to determine potential risk indicators, insider threat activities, and/or policy violations</li>
<li>Demonstrate knowledge of Security, Counterintelligence, and Information Assurance / Cyber Security principals</li>
<li>Interview walk-in sources</li>
<li>Demonstrate good communication skills (oral and written)</li>
<li>Produce timely written recommendations and assessments</li>
<li>Conduct briefings and debriefings</li>
<li>Perform other duties, as assigned</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>
<li>Strong briefing skills / ability to present to small and large audiences</li>
</ul><ul><li>Five (5) years of experience working with a Federal Government organization</li>
<li>The National Insider Threat Task Force Insider Threat Hub Operations Course (have taken or within 6 months of hire)</li>
<li>Insider Threat Analyst Course (have taken or within 6 months of hire)</li>
<li>Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional &ndash; Fundamentals, Analyst</li>
<li>TS/SCI Clearance is required for this position</li>
