The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labour laws while supporting our fast-paced retail operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>End-to-end recruitment and onboarding</li><li>HR administration and employee record management</li><li>Employee relations and policy implementation</li><li>UAE Labour Law compliance</li><li>Payroll and benefits coordination</li><li>Support training and performance processes</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR or related field</li><li>1-3 years of HR experience (retail preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
