This role is perfect for someone who loves making things, enjoys working with young children, and thrives in a playful, supportive environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning, prepping, and leading age-appropriate arts and crafts activities.</li><li>Set up materials and workspaces before activities and help tidy and sanitize afterward.</li><li>Support children as they explore materials, helping them create confidently and safely.</li><li>Keep craft supplies organized and assist with inventory and restocking.</li><li>Maintain a joyful, safe, and creative atmosphere in alignment with Barefoot Creative Play &amp; DayCare&rsquo;s values.</li><li>Collaborate with staff to introduce new projects, seasonal crafts, and creative experiences.</li><li>Assist with special events, celebrations, and family engagement activities as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with children in a daycare, camp, or similar setting (preferred).</li><li>A passion for arts, crafts, and hands-on creativity.</li><li>Friendly, patient, and nurturing personality.</li><li>Strong organization and time-management skills.</li><li>Able to adapt to a lively, fast-paced environment.</li><li>Familiarity with common craft supplies and safe material handling.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>A supportive, playful, and creative work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth in early childhood education and arts programming.</li><li>Meaningful, daily interaction with children in a nurturing setting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
