</ul><div><b>Essential Duties:</b></div>
<div><div><b>System Administration &amp; Configuration</b></div>
<ul><li>Serve as the system owner and administrator for RealPage PMS, exercising discretion in system configuration, controls, and operational alignment.</li>
<li>Oversee daily system operations, configuration, setup, and maintenance for new developments, acquisitions, and stabilized assets.</li>
<li>Manage property setup, chart of accounts configuration, user roles/permissions, and system modules.</li>
<li>Ensure system settings align with operational and accounting policies.</li>
</ul><div><b>Software Integrations &amp; Implementation</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead implementation projects for new properties, acquisitions, and system upgrades.</li>
<li>Manage integrations between RealPage and third-party platforms (e.g., CRM, screening, revenue management, utility billing, payment processors).</li>
<li>Oversee data migrations, validation, and post-conversion audits.</li>
<li>Partner with vendors to troubleshoot integration issues and improve system performance.</li>
</ul><div><b>Process Improvement &amp; Automation</b></div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Asset Management to identify inefficiencies and design scalable system-based solutions.</li>
<li>Develop and implement automated workflows within RealPage to streamline leasing, resident lifecycle, and financial processes.</li>
<li>Standardize best practices across the portfolio to enhance operational consistency.</li>
</ul><div><b>Support &amp; Troubleshooting</b></div>
<ul><li>Serve as primary point of contact for all property technology inquiries.</li>
<li>Maintain a structured helpdesk or ticketing system for issue tracking and resolution.</li>
<li>Diagnose and resolve system errors, reporting discrepancies, and user access issues.</li>
<li>Escalate complex issues to RealPage support and ensure timely follow-up.</li>
</ul><div><b>Training &amp; SOP Development</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop and maintain Support Desk Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li>
<li>Create user guides, system documentation, and process flow diagrams.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions for onsite teams and corporate staff on RealPage functionality and updates.</li>
<li>Lead onboarding training for new hires and refresher sessions as needed.</li>
</ul><div><b>Data Compliance &amp; Integrity</b></div>
<ul><li>Ensure accuracy and completeness of system data across the portfolio.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic audits of user permissions, property settings, and financial configurations.</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Implement controls to safeguard sensitive resident and financial data.</li>
</ul><div><b>Reporting &amp; Analytics</b></div>
<ul><li>Develop and validate operational and financial reports within RealPage.</li>
<li>Analyze support desk metrics and system usage data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.</li>
<li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to system adoption, issue resolution, and process efficiency.</li>
<li>Provide executive-level reporting and insights to leadership.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, or a related field, from a four-year college or university, preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with portfolio-level system standardization</li>
<li>Prior involvement in PMS conversions or large-scale implementations</li>
<li>Experience working in a growing or acquisition-driven organization.</li>
<li>3-7 + years of experience in multifamily property management systems administration.</li>
<li>3+ year direct experience administrating RealPage PMS required.</li>
<li>Experience supporting property operations and account teams strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience with systems integrations, APIs, and data imports/exports</li>

</ul><div><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Ideal Candidate:</b></div>
<ul><li>You will be aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct any unsafe condition.</li>
<li>Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by the Community Manager or Service Manager.</li>
<li>Diagnose and perform minor or routine maintenance or repair, as directed.</li>
<li>Completes all service requests within 24 hours, unless the request requires extraordinary parts or labor.</li>
<li>Must have the ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.</li>
<li>Maintaining the leasing office and all recreational and common area facilities.</li>
</ul><div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Physical Requirements:</b></h3>
<p>This role requires manual labor, lifting, bending, climbing, operating tools &amp; equipment, and working both indoors &amp; outdoors.</p>

<p>Varies based on property needs. Includes rotating on-call availability and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.</p>

</div><div><b>What you&rsquo;ll need to Succeed:</b></div>
<ul><li>A clear understanding of business concepts, processes and the principles of strategic thinking</li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of multifamily operations including people management, financial reporting, problem-solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations.</li>
<li>Must be able to access all apartment homes and parts of the community to show the home to potential residents; inspect all areas of community, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to determine that standards are met</li>
<li>Knowledge in maintenance to include carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, painting, drywall, buffing and waxing, use of power tools (pools and irrigation systems where necessary)</li>
<li>Ability to speak, listen, read and write English with sufficient proficiency to maintain a safe environment, which is a business necessity, as further detailed above.</li>
<li>Must provide own tools where applicable</li>
<li>1-3 years of experience in Property Management</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>
<li>HVAC certification</li>
<li>EPA certification</li>
<li>Valid driver's license required</li>
