Dazzles Studio is seeking a Production Manager to oversee post-sales alterations, customizations, and client trials for our luxury boutique. The role focuses on technical evaluation of alterations, managing tailoring and fitting teams, ensuring impeccable fit and finish, and delivering a seamless, premium client experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage end-to-end post-sales production for garment alterations and customizations.</li><li>Coordinate garment flow for fittings, trials, re-trials, and final delivery.</li><li>Understand customer requirements along with stylists and fit consultants.</li><li>Technically assess whether alterations are feasible and recommend the best solutions to clients.</li><li>Clearly explain alteration scope, timelines, and outcomes to customers.</li><li>Lead and manage the production team.</li><li>Plan work allocation, monitor productivity, and ensure on-time completion.</li><li>Ensure strict quality control&mdash;fit accuracy, finishing, cleanliness, stain-free garments, and presentation.</li><li>Attend client trials when required and ensure follow-ups for perfect fit.</li><li>Handle client and internal escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Maintain alteration records, trial schedules, and production status updates.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
