 Contracts &amp; Agreements Specialist

 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review, draft, and maintain contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Management) to support contract negotiations and project delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and monitor contractor claims, variations, and payment applications, providing recommendations and supporting documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare contractual correspondence, progress reports, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment with client and project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support dispute resolution, contract closure, and final account processes, maintaining records and ensuring timely resolution of commercial issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law, Business Administration, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years of experience in government contracts, preferably in GCC countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with Ministry, Government Agencies, and Entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Arabic preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Full Computer Literacy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills are essential to success in this role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving license required to drive to site or to technical meetings with the client representative.
 </li>
