 Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Temporary Graphic &amp; Presentation Designer will provide hands-on design and production support to the Creative Services team, focusing on high-quality presentation design and branded visual materials for internal and external audiences.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate combines strong PowerPoint expertise with solid graphic design fundamentals, working confidently within the firm&rsquo;s brand guidelines to produce visually compelling, professional materials. Projects will include client presentations, pitch decks, digital and print collateral, internal campaigns, and light motion or multimedia assets.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role requires a designer who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, format, and refine client-facing and internal presentations in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate complex information into clear, visually engaging graphics, charts, and layouts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and adapt visual assets for digital, print, and multimedia channels, ensuring brand consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work within established templates and brand guidelines to maintain design standards across deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Creative Services and BD teams in preparing high-stakes pitch materials and client communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Retouch imagery, prepare files for production, and perform quality assurance checks on all deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage file organization and naming conventions in accordance with department standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate effectively with colleagues in Marketing, Business Development, and Communications through all project stages.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 2-5 years of professional design experience, ideally within a corporate, consulting, or law firm environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint presentation design and storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience designing across print, digital, and presentation platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills and abilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, charts, animations, and visual storytelling).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and digital publishing platforms preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of brand systems, corporate identity, and marketing communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in a PC environment.
 </li>
