The cleaner painter utilizes a high degree of proficiency while utilizing full skills of the trade including knowledge of commercial cleaning and painting standards. Core Responsibilities
<ul><li>Operation and maintenance of all applicable equipment.</li><li>
Evaluate surface preparation to assure accuracy and compliance to SSPC Codes.</li><li>
Apply coatings to wet mils necessary to achieve the dry mils required by the job specifications.</li><li>
Knowledge of different types of coatings and application methods.</li><li>
Knowledge of Environmental rules and regulations.</li><li>
Use of grinders, chippers, sanders, and overhead cranes as needed.</li><li>
Read and layout work orders or receive instructions from the supervisor regarding cleaning.
</li><li>Reading piece mark numbers.
</li><li>Need to know SSPC Codes.</li><li>
Keeps work area organized and clean.</li><li>
Perform other routine duties per management direction.</li><li>
Must adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements</li></ul>
Education/Training/Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Knowledge &ndash; Certificates &amp; Licenses<ul><li>
Equipment Knowledge &amp; Skills &ndash; may include but not limited to hand blasting, machine blasting, sprayer and air compressor.</li><li>
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.</li><li>
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.</li><li>

Critical to the production process this position welds a large variety of materials by FCAW, SMAW, GMAW and SAW. The production welder welds in all positions utilize a high degree of proficiency while utilizing full skills of the trade including knowledge of common heat reactions of structural metals and is certifiable. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.

Core Responsibilities
<ul><li>Follows applicable welding procedures (AWS, AISC)
</li><li>Welds on the ground level, above ground and below ground, in any required position.
</li><li>Chips peens and grinds material to prepare for welding or finish.
</li><li>Welds structural, bridge and industrial materials such as plates, sheets, girders, tanks, etc., occasionally involving uncommon structural metals or machine metals under close tolerances of heat application and workmanship.
</li><li>Perform gouging and scarfing as needed.
</li><li>Capable of passing welding tests in accordance to AWS D1.1.
</li><li>Transport material by a crane as needed and required.</li><li>
Keeps work area organized and clean.</li><li>
Perform other routine duties per management direction.</li><li>
Must adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements</li></ul>
Education/Training - Work Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and/or 12 months of stable work experience. Must pass required weld test.

The Expeditor works with materials to receive, expedite and coordinate material from receiving stage to the cutting stage. Must have experience with crane, rigging and forklifts to manage and move steel material as needed. Critical to the production process this position Directs and assists employees to perform such duties ensuring production needs are met. The expeditor utilizes a high degree of proficiency while utilizing full skills of the trade. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
