<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Specialist, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis tools).</li><li>Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.</li><li>Good understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication skills to present findings effectively to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collect, clean, and analyze data from various internal sources (production, sales, inventory, marketing, etc.).</li><li>Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Perform trend analysis and data mining to identify patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the production, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand data needs and business problems.</li><li>Provide actionable insights and present findings in an easy-to-understand manner to management.</li><li>Develop automated reporting solutions using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.</li><li>Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy of data being used for decision-making.</li><li>Support ad-hoc data analysis requests as required by management or other departments.</li><li>Assist in designing and maintaining databases or data systems.</li><li>Recommend improvements in processes based on data insights</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
