Test Automation Architect
Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance 
DCCA is looking for an experienced Testing Automation Architect to expand our automation capabilities within our organization.
Job Requirements:
Candidates to have healthcare systems implementation experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and expertise in leading client presentations. In addition, individuals to have rich experience in testing automation using multiple tools, expertise in developing automation frameworks and automation strategy, as well as significant experience in leading testing activities across multiple clients.
Location - Remote
Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li> Develop a testing automation strategy for a financial management system with complex automation requirements for one of our Federal clients, CMS</li><li> Analyze existing frameworks and recommend best practices for maintainability and effective automation</li><li> Set automation goals and establish measurable KPIs to demonstrate progress and ROI</li><li> Align automation strategy with business objectives</li><li> Provide mentorship to a team of testing automation specialists to design, develop, and execute testing automation solutions</li><li> Collaborate with team to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives</li><li> Implement a test data management strategy for different types of testing</li><li> Develop and maintain timelines for automation efforts</li><li> Work with automation lead on design of test scripts</li><li> Lookout for opportunities to reduce technical debt</li><li> Ensure progress of test activities as per plan, adhering to milestones and meeting SLAs</li><li> Investigate and diagnose problems, propose and execute solutions</li><li> Keep up with the industry trends and employ new tools/techniques for effective test automation</li></ul>
Required Skills:<ul><li> 8+ years developing and implementing test automation solutions</li><li> Experience of working with large-scale and complex implementations</li><li> Experience in creating automation frameworks for API and UI testing</li><li> Proficient in languages such as Java, JavaScript and Python</li><li> Experience with creating testing artifacts on agile projects based on acceptance criteria and design documents</li><li> Background in healthcare</li><li> Expertise on multiple automation tools such as Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, Cucumber, Sauce Labs</li><li> Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, GitHub, Jenkins</li><li> Excellent understanding of the Testing Lifecycle and the different types of testing such as Functional, Integration &amp; Performance Testing</li><li> Proven ability to understand existing Test Processes and Plans and identify improvements and efficiencies</li></ul>
Desired Skills:<ul><li> CMS or Healthcare Experience</li><li> Experience leading test automation teams</li><li> Experience in Agile development methodology</li><li> DevOps, CI/CD, Continuous testing environments</li></ul>
Education/Certifications:<ul><li> Computer Science degree or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related major.</li></ul>
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 100,000 to 150,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
