Job Requirements:
Key Tasks:<ul><li> Full Stack Agile development of web-based enterprise solutions utilizing Spring Boot, Microservices, Java17, React/Redux, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, CSS frameworks, JavaScript/Typescript, JSON, SQL, Postgres.</li><li> Develop Spring Microservices using Java 17 supporting REST endpoints.</li><li> Write corresponding Junit tests for any new Java code.</li><li> Create UI components using React.js/Redux, supporting multiple browsers, platforms, and assistive technology (e.g., screen reader).</li><li> Develop reusable React components.</li><li> Collaborate with team to develop new features and functionality.</li><li> Participate in all Agile ceremonies.</li></ul>
Required Skills:
Proven experience:<ul><li> 6+years as a full stack software engineer building multi-tier, enterprise web-based solutions using technologies/frameworks such as Java EE, Spring Boot, REST, React, JavaScript ES6, Typescript, JSON, Wildfly, RDBMS, ORM, REST.</li><li> 8+ years in one or more technical disciplines (e.g. architecture, process re-engineering, development, verification)</li><li> 2+ years estimating, planning, and executing complex projects using Agile methodologies.</li><li> Developing systems with Section 508 compliance</li><li> Experience with SonarQube</li><li> Familiarity with build tools such as webpack, npm, Storybook etc.</li><li> Familiarity with code version tools such as GitHub.</li><li> Familiarity with HTTP and design patterns applicable to RESTful web applications</li><li> Building strong relationships through Agile team(s) and personal performance</li><li> Collaborating in a multiple team environment</li><li> Exceptionally strong communication skills, verbal and written. Includes the ability to effectively communicate complex information to audiences with varying technical and system backgrounds and at multiple organizational levels.</li></ul>
Desired Skills:
Experience with:<ul><li> CMS experience</li><li> Experience working in an AWS environment.</li><li> Experience working AWS Kafka, AWS Lambda, S3 etc.</li><li> Supporting client stakeholders with varying levels of Agile experience</li><li> Experience with Apache POI</li><li> Proficient in MS Office (primarily Word, Excel)</li></ul>
Education/Certifications:<ul><li> Computer Science degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related major</li></ul>
Desired (pluses):<ul><li> Master's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science</li><li> Expertise in Secure Coding and Secure Development Life Cycle.</li><li> Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly</li></ul> 
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 120,000 to 140,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors. Key Tasks:<ul><li>
The Contractor shall support IT Policy activities to include, but not be limited to:<ul><li>
Provide subject matter expertise on IT Policy as it relates to data governance, artificial intelligence, ODNI Enterprise IT, and Cybersecurity capabilities policy</li><li>
Provide support with identifying, reviewing, and analyzing relevant USG policies, practices, and procedures to ensure that Sponsor information technology, cybersecurity, data, and artificial intelligence efforts are compliant;</li><li>
Drafting editing, and facilitating the coordination and execution of policies, processes, and procedures, including instructions, policy, and guidance to Sponsor stakeholders, subject to Sponsor review and approval</li><li>
Ensuring projects are aware of the standards and governance they need to comply with and advising them on how to comply;</li><li>
Recommending approaches to tailor Sponsor specified governance to align with the selected Agile software development and engineering framework; and making Agile teams aware of standards and governance they need to comply with ( e.g., data security), and advising them on how to comply.</li></ul></li></ul><div></div> 
Required Education / Certifications:<ul><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience and seven to twelve years of related experience is required.</li></ul>
