<div>Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! 
 
What you'll do:
The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing 
pre-owned vehicles directly from private sellers. This role drives used-car inventory growth by 
targeting high-quality vehicles outside traditional trade-in and auction channels. The ideal 
candidate is highly motivated, skilled in negotiations, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Outreach</li><li>Identify and engage potential sellers through online marketplaces, outbound</li></ul>
campaigns, referrals, and community events. 
<ul><li>Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from individuals looking to sell vehicles.</li></ul><div><ul><li> 
Vehicle Appraisal &amp; Valuation</li><li>Use market data (KBB, vAuto, auction trends) to present competitive yet</li></ul>
profitable purchase offers.</div><div><ul><li> 
Negotiation &amp; Purchase Execution Negotiate pricing and terms with private sellers to secure inventory that meets</li></ul>
dealership standards. 
<ul><li>Complete all required paperwork, ensuring proper title transfer and compliance</li></ul>
with state regulations. 
<ul><li>Coordinate transportation and inbound logistics for reconditioning or wholesale.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Collaboration &amp; Reporting</li><li>Work closely with the Used Car Manager to review condition, reconditioning</li></ul>
needs, and frontline timelines. 
<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, offers, acquisitions, and</li></ul>
closing ratios. 
<ul><li>Provide weekly reporting on performance metrics and market trends.</li></ul>
