Job Title: HR Associate (Entry-Level)Location: UAE Industry: Blue-Collar Cleaning &amp; Technical Services Salary: Max AED 2,500 per monthJob SummaryWe are looking for a HR Associate to support the HR team in recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate must have a degree in HR and speak Tagalog and English fluently.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews for blue-collar cleaning and technical staff.</li><li>Prepare employment contracts and conduct onboarding for new hires.</li></ul>Employee Records &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain accurate HR files, including contracts, visas, work permits, and attendance.</li><li>Support leave tracking, payroll preparation, and employee data updates.</li></ul>Employee Support &amp; Relations<ul><li>Address employee queries in Tagalog and English.</li><li>Assist in induction and orientation for new staff.</li><li>Escalate employee issues to HR Manager as needed.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Ensure all HR documents comply with UAE labor laws.</li><li>Assist in preparing basic HR reports and employee records.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>Languages: Fluent in Tagalog and English.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office)</li><li>Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented</li><li>Experience: Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates welcome</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Medical insurance as per UAE labor law</li><li>Annual leave and statutory benefits</li><li>On-the-job training and career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
