The patent defines a systematic software and safety development method based on data value and data timing &mdash; core attributes in real-time systems.This patent has been declared a Standard Essential Patent (SEP) under FRAND terms to the following safety and real-time system standards:IEC 61508 &mdash; Registered in IEC Patent Database (posted in IEC website)ISO 26262 &mdash; Declaration submitted to ISO ((posted in ISO database)AUTOSAR &mdash; Declaration submitted to AUTOSAR Patent DisclosureI have completed:- Comprehensive infringement evidences:<ul><li>claim-to-standard charts &ndash; finalized against both ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR (Classic &amp; Adaptive Platforms) with every element maps to one or more mandatory requirements in the relevant standards</li><li>Standard Compliance - Downloaded and archived the relevant companies' statements regarding their products compliant to the standards</li></ul>- Industry outreach: patent-notice and follow-up letters sent to and interacted with 18 automotive companies, all referencing the detailed charts above and standard FRAND-style notice.What I Will Provide:Full technical work: infringement identification, outreach, analysis, and mapping to standardsDrafts of PTAB &amp; Court Patent Owner Responses (e.g., &sect;101, &sect;102 and &sect;103)Drafts of Non-Exclusive Licensing AgreementsOngoing technical documentation, support, and claim interpretationWhat You Will Provide:Legal enforcement work (especially early-stage)Representation and guidance during PTAB proceedings (e.g., IPR) &amp; enforcement litigationsCompensation:No upfront payment availableI am offering a pure revenue-sharing modelThe first 1&ndash;2 licensing/enforcement efforts will require the most legal effort (e.g., preparing or defending PTAB filings or strong license terms).
