Procurement Engineer &ndash; Interior Fit-Out DivisionLocation: Kozhikode, Kerala Company: De Decorfit Interiors LLP Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Procurement Engineer for our Kozhikode office. The ideal candidate will handle the technical procurement of materials used in interior fit-out, joinery, carpentry, MEP, and furniture projects. This role requires strong engineering knowledge combined with procurement skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review project drawings, BOQs, and material specifications</li><li>Identify material requirements and raise purchase requisitions</li><li>Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare comparison sheets</li><li>Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery terms, and payment terms</li><li>Finalize vendors based on technical and commercial assessment</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams</li><li>Track deliveries, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely supply</li><li>Maintain vendor database and procurement logs</li><li>Ensure all procurement complies with company standards</li><li>Support cost control and budget monitoring activities</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Architecture) or Diploma in Engineering</li><li>3&ndash;6 years experience in procurement for interior fit-out / joinery / construction</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials: plywood, MDF, laminates, veneer, hardware, sanitaryware, electrical items, metal works, etc.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and documentation skills</li><li>English communication must be good; Hindi spoken is required</li><li>Gulf or European experience will be an added advantage</li></ul>Salary Range&#8377;15,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 per month (Based on experience, technical capability, and industry background)How to ApplyApply via Indeed or send your CV to: connect@decorfit.com +91 83868 28888 www.decorfit.comJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
