Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary at De Mandarin Hotel &amp; Resort (A Unit of Rishon Ventures Private Limited) located in Goa, India. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, handling company governance, maintaining corporate records, and supporting the organizational management team in making informed decisions. Additional responsibilities include preparing and filing statutory documents and acting as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory authorities.Qualifications<ul><li>Thorough knowledge of corporate laws, governance guidelines, and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience in administrative tasks such as maintaining registers, drafting minutes, and documentation</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with regulatory authorities, clients, and colleagues</li><li>Proficiency in reporting, data management, and official correspondence</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Relevant work experience as a Company Secretary or in corporate governance roles</li><li>CS qualification with certification from the ICSI or equivalent professional institute</li><li>Experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points. Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.Facilitating the convening of meetings and attending Board, committee, and general meetings, while maintaining accurate minutes. Obtaining approvals from the Board, general meetings, the Government, and other authorities as required by the provisions of the Act.Assisting and advising the Board in ensuring good corporate governance and compliance with corporate governance requirements and best practices.convening and providing administration for annual general meetings (AGMs): for example, producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions and handling meeting correspondence.providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.advising directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters.Kindly note your job responsibilities are not exclusive to only above mentioned points and may also include any more task assigned by your reporting manager.Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
