Job Summary 
 
The Radiology Assistant supports the daily operations of the imaging department by assisting technologists, preparing patients for procedures, maintaining equipment and supply areas, and performing basic administrative duties. This role contributes to efficient workflow and high-quality patient care by ensuring readiness of imaging spaces, supporting patient comfort and safety, and facilitating communication among the radiology team and other departments. 
 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Prepares patients for imaging procedures by verifying identification, screening for allergies and contrast, and assisting with positioning and comfort measures.</li><li>
Assists imaging technologists with room turnover, equipment cleaning, and exam preparation using proper infection control and aseptic techniques.</li><li>
Supports contrast-related procedures under appropriate supervision by preparing supplies, setting up injectors, and following applicable safety protocols.</li><li>
Maintains awareness of safety requirements, including MRI zone protocols, ferrous object restrictions, radiation safety (ALARA), and emergency procedures.</li><li>
Maintains adequate stock of supplies and equipment, placing orders and organizing materials to support efficient daily operations.</li><li>
Performs basic administrative duties, including chart preparation, order entry, record retrieval, and phone communication with staff, providers, and families.</li><li>
Supports patient transport, transfers, and discharge processes as directed by imaging or nursing staff.</li><li>
Participates in remote support workflows, including telemedicine assistance for positioning, patient communication, and procedure support, where applicable.</li><li>
Communicates promptly with supervisors or clinical leads regarding patient care issues, safety concerns, equipment problems, or supply shortages.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.</li><li>
Complies with all policies and standards.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
1-2 years of experience in a clinical or imaging setting preferred</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Basic understanding of imaging procedures and patient care practices.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical computer systems.</li><li>
Knowledge of infection prevention and safety procedures in a clinical setting.</li></ul>
Licenses and Certifications<ul><li>
BCLS - Basic Life Support obtained within 30 days of hire required</li><li>
CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or</li><li>

Job Summary 
 
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care based on established clinical protocols and physician/provider orders. The RN collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and desired outcomes, while maintaining a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families. 
 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies, protocols, and the nursing process.</li><li>
Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately, reporting changes in condition to the appropriate care team members.</li><li>
Utilizes knowledge of human growth and development to provide age-appropriate care and education.</li><li>
Administers prescribed medications, monitors for side effects, and documents administration in accordance with standards of practice.</li><li>
Assists physicians during procedures within the scope of documented competency and skill level.</li><li>

Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions, such as CPR and code team activities, as appropriate.</li><li>

Participates in audits, chart reviews, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to standards of practice and regulatory requirements.</li><li>

Critical Care RN:<ul><li>
Administers medications and other treatments as prescribed, including intravenous medications and therapies.</li><li>
Manages complex medical equipment, including ventilators, monitoring devices, and other life-support systems.</li><li>
Performs procedures such as inserting central lines, managing tracheostomies, and providing advanced cardiac life support.</li></ul></li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required</li></ul>

The Clinical Informaticist supports the integration, optimization, and maintenance of clinical information systems at the facility level. This role works closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and facility leadership to enhance workflows, documentation, and patient care quality. Additionally, the Clinical Informaticist is responsible for training clinical staff on the effective use of these systems, ensuring they are well-equipped to utilize the technology in their daily operations. Acting as a bridge between clinical operations and technology teams, the Clinical Informaticist promotes the effective use of clinical software systems that align with regulatory standards and organizational goals. 
 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Collaborates with facility clinical teams to implement, configure, and optimize clinical information systems, ensuring alignment with facility protocols and patient care standards.</li>
<li>Analyzes facility-specific workflows and clinical processes, identifying opportunities for system improvements and alignment with best practices.</li>
<li>Provides training, support, and guidance to facility-based clinical staff on system utilization, ensuring effective adoption and compliance with clinical documentation standards.</li>
<li>Troubleshoots and resolves facility-related issues with clinical software applications, working closely with IT and vendor support teams to maintain seamless system operations.</li>
<li>Monitors system performance and gathers user feedback to recommend facility-specific enhancements or changes to improve functionality and user experience.</li>
<li>Participates in system testing, software upgrades, and implementation of new features, ensuring compliance with facility-specific regulations and quality standards.</li>
<li>Ensures that clinical systems comply with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and other facility-specific standards.</li>
<li>Engages with interdisciplinary facility teams to support clinical informatics strategies that enhance care delivery and align with facility objectives.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field required
</li><li>A combination of education and related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
</li><li>Master's Degree in Health Informatics preferred
</li><li>2-4 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or clinical practice with exposure to informatics, preferably at the facility level required

Strong understanding of facility-based clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and informatics principles.</li>
<li>Proficiency in clinical information systems, electronic health records (EHRs), and healthcare software solutions.</li>
