Primary Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage parts department</li>
<li>Inventory/stocking control</li>
<li>Pricing control</li>
<li>Core management</li>
<li>Staff management &amp; development</li>
<li>Performance and goal management</li>
<li>Customer and supplier relations</li>
</ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul><li>5 years dealership experience managing parts sales, inventory and staff within the automotive, truck or bus parts industry</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Background in staff management, inventory control and customer relations</li>
<li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to achieve and maintain Navistar and Thermo King parts certifications</li>
<li>Strong computers skills including dealership software, Microsoft Excel and Outlook</li>
