Location: DeWayne&rsquo;s Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleDeWayne&rsquo;s is looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across in-store and digital channels. This is a jack-of-all-trades marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys graphic design, print production, social media, and campaign execution in a fast-paced retail environment.You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to turn business priorities into polished, accurate marketing deliverables that drive store traffic, support events, and maintain brand consistency&mdash;all while helping us live out our Vision Statement: &ldquo;A Happy Place to Work and Shop.&rdquo;Key ResponsibilitiesDigital &amp; Social Media<ul><li>Plan, create, and publish daily social media content (posts, stories, reels, promotions, and event updates)</li><li>Maintain a content calendar aligned with seasonal promotions and store initiatives</li><li>Capture, source, and organize approved photo and video assets</li><li>Monitor social channels and assist customers via social media and email; escalate issues when needed</li><li>Design, schedule, and distribute email campaigns promoting events, sales, and new products</li><li>Assist with basic website updates including banners, promotions, and event messaging</li></ul>Creative &amp; Print Production<ul><li>Design brand-consistent marketing materials for both print and digital use</li><li>Adapt layouts for multiple sizes and formats</li><li>Produce print materials, including operating or assisting with large-format printers</li><li>Trim, mount, laminate, and finish signage and promotional materials</li><li>Install, rotate, and remove in-store signage based on promotion timelines</li></ul>Collaboration &amp; Events<ul><li>Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements, confirm approvals, and meet deadlines</li><li>Support special events with collateral creation, setup, on-site assistance, and teardown</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and brand standards</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain organized marketing files and reusable templates</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned</li><li>Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude aligned with DeWayne&rsquo;s Vision Statement</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field OR two years of relevant experience</li><li>Retail experience preferred, but not required</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator required</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred</li><li>Experience with large-format printers preferred, but not required</li><li>Creative mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Assertive problem-solver able to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability</li><li>Comfortable using scissors, X-Acto knives, and power tools</li><li>Ability to lift heavy media onto printers</li></ul>Why Work at DeWayne&rsquo;s?<ul><li>Creative, collaborative work environment</li><li>Hands-on role with visible impact</li><li>Variety in day-to-day work</li><li>Supportive team culture focused on positivity and growth</li><li>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tCiwuePu4YQ</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
