Role &amp; Responsibilities:
1. Creative Direction &amp; Brand Leadership
<ul><li>Collaborate directly with David Lecko to define and evolve the creative direction, voice, and brand vision across all platforms</li><li>
Lead high-level concepting and ideation for content that aligns with David's priorities, workload, and evolving</li><li>
Establish David Lecko as a leading voice in the lead generation and business landscape through elevated storytelling</li></ul>
2. Content Strategy &amp; Ownership
<ul><li>Own the content calendar across all platforms (YouTube, Instagram), ensuring daily output with cohesive brand tone and impactful storytelling</li><li>
Lead weekly planning and performance meetings to assess creative strategy, adjust content direction, and ensure team alignment.</li><li>
Develop platform-specific strategies that drive growth, visibility, and lead generation.</li></ul>
3. Production &amp; Publishing Oversight
<ul><li>Oversee end-to-end content production: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, publishing, and post-performance analysis.</li><li>
Establish and enforce efficient content production systems for David Lecko</li><li>
Ensure all team members follow new systems and workflows, reducing friction and increasing execution speed.</li></ul>
4. Team &amp; Talent Management
<ul><li>Lead, manage, and hold accountable all members of the personal brand team, including long-form editors, short-form editors, videographers, copywriters, and operations support.</li><li>
Define individual KPIs for each team member and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with vision and quality standards</li><li>
Oversee hiring and firing decisions for media team members, ensuring a high-performing and creatively aligned team</li></ul>
5. Content Performance &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Track, analyze, and report weekly on content performance across platforms, with actionable insights and next steps.</li><li>
Use data to continuously optimize content formats, posting cadence, and storytelling approaches.</li></ul>
6. Internal Leadership &amp; Communication
<ul><li>Own the cadence of internal team meetings: running key meetings, delegating others, and ensuring productive communication loops.</li><li>
Build a culture of creative excellence, speed, and innovation within the content team.</li><li>
Serve as David's right-hand partner in building and scaling a high-output content machine.</li></ul>
7. Execution &amp; Hands-On Support
<ul><li>Be actively involved in day-to-day creative execution in the early stages, not just oversight.</li><li>
Participate in shoots, brainstorms, and critical feedback cycles as needed to ensure content hits the highest level of quality and resonance.</li></ul>
