 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our new Interior Design department.
 
 
 This role will focus on generating new business through a variety of channels, including cold calling, developing partnerships with new communities, and collaborating with handover departments for new projects.
 
 
 The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a strong work ethic, and a passion for interior design.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 1 &bull; Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided data lists.
 
 
 2 &bull; Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.
 
 
 3&bull; Present and explain our interior design services and value proposition.
 
 
 4&bull; Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
 
 
 5&bull; Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
 
 
 6&bull; Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
 
 
 7&bull; Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
 
 
 8&bull; Develop and manage partnerships with new residential communities and developers.
 
 
 9&bull; Build strong relationships with handover departments for new projects to generate leads.
 
 
 10&bull; Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.
 
 
 11&bull; Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
 
 
 12&bull; Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
