Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individual to join our team and help manage our growing business. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities at the same time. Ideal candidate must be detail oriented and capable of working closely with agents, clients, attorneys, vendors and lenders to ensure a professional, timely and smooth transaction.Client Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as a concierge to the client</li><li>Create Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) for potential listings</li><li>Prepare Listing Agreement (Zipforms/Docusign)</li><li>Ensure property disclosures and required documentation have been accurately completed</li><li>Coordinate listing activities, lightly stage home for photos, and attend photo shoot</li><li>Create listing flyer and enter listings into MLS, Compass Website with associated photos, links, and documents</li><li>Communicate timelines and calendars with sellers to ensure they understand expectations</li></ul>Team Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain regular social media schedule with varied and value-rich content (market updates, local hot spots/happenings, lifestyle branding, personal connection, listings/just sold, etc.)</li><li>Originate Monthly E-Newsletters, quarterly farming newsletters, postcard mailers</li><li>Boost Google review and search analytics; promote testimonials</li><li>Coordinate customer appreciation events</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>NC Real-Estate License (recommended/preferred)</li><li>1-2 years&rsquo; Real Estate Listing/Transition experience</li><li>Experience in marketing and social media content creation</li><li>Must live within 30 minutes of the Cary, NC Compass office and have valid NC driver's license to work in the field</li><li>Professional communication skills, both written and verbal</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Salary, plus incentives</li><li>2 weeks&rsquo; vacation, plus company holidays</li></ul>About Company:<ul><li>https://www.debbievanhorn.com</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $43,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
