 We are looking for a Jr. HR Executive who is enthusiastic about building a strong workforce and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role primarily focuses on Recruitment (90%), with exposure to general HR functions (10%) such as onboarding, documentation, and engagement activities.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Recruitment (Major Focus - 90%):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial screening, shortlist profiles, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage recruitment trackers, maintain candidate databases, and prepare weekly hiring reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft job descriptions and coordinate with department heads to define hiring needs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Generalist Responsibilities (10%):
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in onboarding, induction, and joining formalities for new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support HR documentation, file management, and employee record maintenance on HRMS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support in other HR operations as and when required.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 MBA or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of recruitment practices and hiring trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
