Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach all core subjects (English, Math, EVS/Science, Social, and Language as applicable) for Grades 1&ndash;5.</li><li>Plan and deliver engaging, activity-based lessons aligned with the school curriculum.</li><li>Create lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.</li><li>Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.</li><li>Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student safety.</li><li>Assess student performance through classwork, projects, tests, and observations.</li><li>Provide individual attention, remedial support, and enrichment activities.</li><li>Use smartboard, digital tools, storytelling, and creative methods to enhance learning.</li><li>Communicate student progress during PTMs and maintain academic records.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (B.A / B.Sc) with B.Ed &ndash; preferred.</li><li>D.Ed / TTC candidates can also be considered.</li><li>Experience of 1&ndash;3 years in teaching primary classes preferred.</li><li>Strong command over core subjects and child psychology.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Ability to teach through activities, play-way, and interactive methods.</li><li>Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.</li><li>Strong planning, organization, and documentation skills.</li><li>Proficiency with smart classroom tools and basic technology.</li><li>Ability to handle young learners with empathy and care.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct remedial classes, practice sessions, and learning support.</li><li>Prepare question papers, correction work, and class documentation.</li><li>Coordinate class assemblies, celebrations, and school events.</li><li>Participate in training programs, workshops, and staff meetings.</li><li>Support annual functions, competitions, and academic planning.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
