Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience:- 4 to 6 yearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer / Lead with hands-on expertise in building and managing API-led integrations using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong integration design skills, API lifecycle management knowledge, and experience in deploying solutions on CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and related tools.</li><li>Develop RAML-based APIs, integrations, and microservices aligned with best practices.</li><li>Manage complete API lifecycle &ndash; design, develop, deploy, secure, and monitor.</li><li>Integrate multiple systems including Salesforce, SAP, databases, REST/SOAP services, etc.</li><li>Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation.</li><li>Optimize and troubleshoot integration performance issues.</li><li>Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring using MuleSoft best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, DevOps, Architects).</li><li>Deploy and manage applications on CloudHub, Runtime Manager, or On-Premise environments.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in integration development, with at least 3+ years on MuleSoft.</li><li>Proficiency with Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint API Manager, Exchange, and Runtime Manager.</li><li>Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and SOA architecture.</li><li>Experience with DataWeave transformations, RAML, and API specs.</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Maven) and DevOps integration.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) preferred.</li><li>Good understanding of security policies, OAuth, and JWT.</li><li>Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.</li></ul>Good to Have:<ul><li>MuleSoft Certified Developer / Architect certification.</li><li>Experience integrating with Salesforce, SAP, or Workday.</li><li>Knowledge of API Governance, Monitoring, and Analytics.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
