We are looking for a driven and capable <b>Finance Manager</b> to support us with overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including daily accounting management, financial planning and analysis, compliance, treasury, and team leadership. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial strategy while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.</p>

<b>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3>
<p><b>
Accounting &amp; Compliance</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance</li>
<li>Supervise and review work of accountants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of month-end and year-end closing</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and internal policies</li>
<li>Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies</li>
<li>Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial projections</li>
<li>Provide variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and deliver actionable insights to leadership</li>
<li>Support strategic planning by modeling scenarios, capital requirements, and investment returns</li>
<li>Partner with operational managers to monitor project costs, resource utilization, and profitability</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Cash Flow &amp; Treasury</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage company cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements</li>
<li>Monitor receivables and payables to optimize financial position</li>
<li>Develop and maintain banking relationships to support growth and operations</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Leadership &amp; Team Management</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, supervise, and mentor accounting staff, including Senior and Staff Accountants</li>
<li>Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance team</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to align financial operations with company goals</li>
</ul>

<b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></h3>

Required Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)</li>
<li>15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3&ndash;4 years in a supervisory or management role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial modeling, and business analysis</li>
<li>Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks or equivalent) and MS Excel</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to provide strategic insights</li>
</ul>
