Decimal Solution is seeking a skilled Senior AI Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and building intelligent AI-assisted automation systems for enterprise operations. You will leverage a combination of traditional automation and cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies to create smart, reliable, and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and support high-volume business processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, build, and deploy intelligent automation workflows and large-scale automation pipelines.</li><li>Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini into business automation systems.</li><li>Develop robust validation systems and anomaly detection mechanisms to ensure the reliability of AI-driven decisions within automation workflows.</li><li>Architect secure and scalable automation solutions tailored for enterprise environments.</li><li>Own automation projects from initial design and development through to deployment and maintenance.</li><li>Collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Utilize SQL databases for data validation, logging, and reporting purposes.</li><li>Work with modern automation and integration platforms as part of solution design.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python-based automation.</li><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into production business workflows.</li><li>Strong experience building and maintaining production-level automation systems.</li><li>Strong expertise in Python automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest) and development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).</li><li>Proven experience designing and developing AI-assisted automation workflows with LLMs.</li><li>Hands-on experience creating secure, scalable automation solutions for enterprise environments.</li><li>Proficiency in working with SQL databases for data tasks.</li><li>Familiarity with modern automation/integration tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier).</li><li>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development environments.</li><li>Familiarity with running and managing LLMs locally or on servers using tools such as Ollama or LLMStudio.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Platforms (Experience with some of the following):<ul><li>ServiceNow ATF</li><li>JMeter for performance testing</li><li>N8N, Make, ManyChat, Zapier</li></ul>Soft Skills &amp; Logistics:<ul><li>Ability to own projects end-to-end and make sound technical decisions.</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills.</li><li>Career-oriented with growth potential toward AI Automation Architect or Technical Lead roles.</li><li>Must be available to work and collaborate primarily during Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone hours.</li></ul>To learn more about us, visit: www.decimalsolution.comJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Python-based automation: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Integrating AI/LLM solutions: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Python Development Frameworks: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
