About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing, growth-oriented professional to join our strategic expansion team. This role is designed for an individual who possesses a rare blend of technical literacy and business acumen. You will be responsible for driving market expansion, architecting high-value solution pitches, and managing senior-level stakeholder relationships within the Analytics and AI domain.
This is a high-visibility role where you will work closely with the leadership team to convert complex technology capabilities into tangible business value for global clients. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be at the intersection of technology and strategy, identifying opportunities where data science and AI can drive transformational business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy &amp; Engagement<ul><li>
Define and execute sophisticated go-to-market strategies tailored to key industry verticals</li></ul><ul>
<li>Identify high-potential opportunities and segments for market penetration</li>
<li>Lead the initial engagement process with prospects and establish strong foundational relationships</li>
<li>Develop market entry strategies that balance technical innovation with business viability 
 
Consultative Solutioning
</li><li>Partner with technical leads and subject matter experts to translate complex data science, AI, and engineering capabilities into structured business solutions</li>
<li>Conduct solution design workshops that align technology with business objectives</li>
<li>Build compelling use cases that demonstrate ROI and strategic value</li>
<li>Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders 
 
Executive Communication
</li><li>Design and develop high-impact presentations and proposals for CXO-level stakeholders</li>
<li>Communicate complex technical concepts in business-friendly language</li>
<li>Ensure all client-facing collateral is logically sound, visually professional, and value-driven</li>
<li>Lead presentations to senior executives with confidence and technical credibility 
 
Business Discovery
</li><li>Lead structured discovery sessions with prospects to uncover pain points and business challenges</li>
<li>Define project scopes based on client requirements and organizational capabilities</li>
<li>Build compelling business cases that quantify the impact of analytics and AI interventions</li>
<li>Document client needs and translate them into actionable project briefs 
 
Account Growth
</li><li>Actively identify expansion opportunities within the existing client portfolio</li>
<li>Understand client business cycles and anticipate technological needs</li>
<li>Develop expansion strategies for key accounts to increase wallet share</li>
<li>Foster long-term strategic relationships with clients 
 
Strategic Research
</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and industry shifts</li>
<li>Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify market positioning opportunities</li>
<li>Stay informed about regulatory and compliance considerations in key verticals</li>
<li>Share market intelligence with leadership to inform product and service development</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Education<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized institution.</li>
<li>MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school</li></ul> 

Experience<ul><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: 
o Business Development in Analytics, AI, or Technology Services 
o Pre-Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture 
o Management Consulting with focus on data-driven transformations</li></ul><ul>
<li>Demonstrated track record of closing deals or leading successful client engagements.</li>
<li>Exposure to go-to-market strategies and business case development</li></ul> 

Technical Literacy &amp; Analytical Skills<ul>
<li>
Ability to logically question technical delivery plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li>
<li>Understanding of data science, machine learning, and analytics concepts at a working level.</li>
<li>Capability to assess technical feasibility and business impact simultaneously.</li>
Comfort with SQL, Python, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

</ul>Presentation &amp; Communication Excellence<ul>

Mastery of PowerPoint with ability to create executive-ready presentations.</li>

Experience presenting to CXO-level audiences and senior stakeholders.
