Role OverviewWe are hiring an Architect to lead the design and execution of high-end private villas for Qatari clients. The role requires strong design capability combined with technical expertise, documentation control, and project leadership from concept to handover.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &amp; Concept Development<ul><li>Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations for luxury villas</li><li>Translate client requirements into functional and high-quality design solutions</li><li>Coordinate with interior, landscape, and MEP teams for integrated design</li></ul>Drawings &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare and manage detailed architectural drawings (plans, sections, details)</li><li>Ensure accuracy, coordination, and compliance with local regulations</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals</li></ul>BOQs &amp; Planning<ul><li>Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) with clear specifications</li><li>Develop project timelines, milestones, and execution strategies</li><li>Assist in cost estimation and value engineering</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Lead villa projects from design stage through execution</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers</li><li>Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance</li><li>Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture</li><li>4&ndash;8 years of experience (preferably in luxury residential / villa projects)</li><li>Strong portfolio in high-end residential design</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, and presentation tools</li><li>Experience in BOQs, detailing, and construction coordination</li><li>Good understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution</li><li>Strong communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience working with Qatari clients or GCC projects</li><li>Knowledge of local authority approvals and standards</li><li>Ability to independently lead a project</li></ul>What We Expect<ul><li>Design sensitivity aligned with luxury standards</li><li>Strong ownership of projects from start to finish</li><li>Practical approach to execution, not just design</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on premium villa projects</li><li>End-to-end project involvement</li><li>Growth into a lead/project architect role</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>GCC: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
