Our team thrives on sophisticated marketing, streamlined operations, and building lasting client relationships.We&rsquo;re seeking an Operations &amp; Marketing Assistant who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to grow in a fast-paced real estate environment. This role blends behind-the-scenes organization with creative marketing execution.ResponsibilitiesOperations Support<ul><li>Coordinate day-to-day office and team operations.</li><li>Manage listing processes: scheduling photography, staging, floorplans, and showings.</li><li>Maintain client databases, contact lists, and CRM entries.</li><li>Support transaction management from listing agreements to closing checklists.</li><li>Assist with vendor coordination (photographers, stagers, contractors, printers).</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as needed.</li></ul>Marketing Support<ul><li>Assist in creating and scheduling content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email campaigns.</li><li>Draft property descriptions, marketing copy, and listing brochures.</li><li>Update and maintain website/blog content for SEO optimization.</li><li>Support video shoots, open house materials, and client events.</li><li>Research market trends and competitor strategies to keep marketing fresh.</li><li>Track marketing analytics and help refine strategies based on performance.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in real estate, marketing, or operations preferred (internships welcome).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent writing and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok a plus).</li><li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Exposure to the inner workings of NYC&rsquo;s competitive real estate market.</li><li>Hands-on experience in both marketing and operations with direct mentorship.</li><li>Growth potential within a boutique, entrepreneurial brokerage.</li><li>Collaborative, innovative environment where your ideas matter.</li></ul>&#10024; If you&rsquo;re organized, creative, and excited about real estate, marketing, and building community in New York, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: $61,240.94 - $73,752.52 per yearLicense/Certification:<ul><li>Real Estate License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
