Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards&mdash;while maintaining excellent communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning to handover.</li><li>Develop project programs, budgets, and resource plans.</li><li>Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth information flow.</li><li>Chair project meetings and issue progress reports and meeting minutes.</li><li>Manage client expectations and address technical or operational challenges proactively.</li></ul>Cost &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Review and approve BOQs, material submittals, and shop drawings.</li><li>Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow.</li><li>Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.</li><li>Implement quality assurance procedures and resolve defects efficiently.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.</li><li>2&ndash;5years of proven experience in interior fit-out project management (commercial, retail, or hospitality projects preferred).</li><li>Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Strategic planning and problem-solving.</li><li>Strong leadership and team coordination.</li><li>Client relationship management.</li><li>Budget and time management expertise.</li><li>Quality and detail-oriented mindset.</li><li>Valid UAE driving Compulsory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
