You&rsquo;ll drive the entire lifecycle of interior projects&mdash;from the initial design download to final handover&mdash;ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction are not just met, but exceeded.Key Responsibilities:1. Execution &amp; Ownership:<ul><li>Own the entire project from start to finish&mdash;design download, coordination, vendor management, and final handover.</li><li>Act as the single point of contact, ensuring the client never has to follow up or escalate.</li></ul>2. Team Leadership:<ul><li>Guide and supervise Site Supervisors across all active sites.</li><li>Monitor their daily reports, timelines, quality, and ensure site readiness in advance.</li></ul>3. Client Experience Management:<ul><li>Provide daily updates even before the client asks.</li><li>Create a stress-free journey for homeowners by preventing issues, not just solving them.</li><li>Deliver homes that leave clients saying, &ldquo;Wow!&rdquo;</li></ul>4. Proactive Risk Management:<ul><li>Identify potential delays or errors before they occur.</li><li>Take smart decisions to resolve issues without waiting for escalations.</li></ul>5. Quality &amp; Timelines:<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to design accuracy, material quality, and workmanship.</li><li>Maintain live project tracking&mdash;no outdated updates or surprises.</li></ul>6. Process &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Maintain a complete project booklet with drawings, budgets, timelines, and checklists.</li><li>Ensure app-based project trackers are updated in real time.</li></ul>7.
