We&rsquo;re seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing team in Ft. Lauderdale. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys both hands-on design and project leadership within a collaborative engineering environment.You&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing mechanical design projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient building systems.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage mechanical design projects for commercial, residential, and institutional facilities.</li><li>Develop HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system designs using Revit and AutoCAD.</li><li>Coordinate with internal design teams and external consultants to ensure project success.</li><li>Prepare construction documents, specifications, and equipment selections.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.</li><li>Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>5&ndash;10 years of mechanical engineering design experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.</li><li>Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems design.</li><li>PE license preferred, but not required.</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Local candidates (Ft.
