Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Brand Growth Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2&ndash;3 years of experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of growth strategies, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram). This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving customer acquisition, and supporting revenue growth across local and international markets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales</li><li>Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email, and Google Ads</li><li>Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram) campaigns</li><li>Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify growth opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize ROI</li><li>Prepare reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness</li><li>Identify new marketing channels and revenue opportunities</li><li>Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing or digital advertising</li><li>Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics tools</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li></ul>Location: Near Expo Johar Town, LahoreTime: 10am to 7pm Mon to FriJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
