A Real Estate Operations Executive optimizes daily business flow, managing property logistics, tenant relations, team coordination, and process efficiency to boost profitability, handling everything from lease documentation and maintenance scheduling to vendor management and ensuring legal compliance, acting as the crucial link between strategy and execution in property management. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Property &amp; Facilities Management: Oversee daily property upkeep, manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs with vendors, ensure safety/health standards, and handle move-ins/outs.</li><li>Tenant &amp; Stakeholder Relations: Address tenant issues, manage communication (email, phone), support leasing, and liaise with agents, brokers, and management companies.</li><li>Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, implement new systems (like CRM), analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and drive efficiency across departments.</li><li>Financial &amp; Reporting: Manage operational budgets, track expenses, assist with financial reporting, and analyze performance metrics like occupancy rates.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, local regulations, and industry standards; manage tenancy agreements, certificates, and property records.</li><li>Team &amp; Resource Management: Support, train, and develop operations teams; allocate resources effectively; and manage internal/external staff.</li></ul>Essential Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong understanding of property management, real estate cycles, and market trends.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency with property management software, CRM systems, and data analysis.</li><li>Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and complex projects.</li><li>Focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Real estate : 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>total : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CA certificate (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Nashik, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
