Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in our Adult Family Home setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence.Duties<ul><li>Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.</li><li>Provide medication administration as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in condition.</li><li>Support clients with mobility needs, including lifting/use of lifts and transferring them safely.</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing housekeeping duties.</li><li>Document client care activities accurately while adhering to HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.</li><li>Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or home health is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Knowledge of memory care techniques and working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus.</li><li>Working with online EMAR charting is a plus but will train the right individual.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.</li><li>A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.</li></ul>If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Caregiver.Shift is on a 2:2:3 schedule from 7pm-7am.
