Minimum 2 years of experience with Tally Prime/ Tally ERP.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST compliance and e-Way bill generation</li><li>Prior experience in inventory management and experience in the textile industry are added advantages.</li></ul>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This is a full-time, on-site role at our main office in Pullepady, Kochi. You will be responsible to:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records in Tally.</li><li>Handle cash payments, receipts, and daily cash balance verification.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, trial balances, and profit &amp; loss statements.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and following up on payments.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely deposit of cash to the bank.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial documents such as balance sheets and income statements.</li><li>Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial integrity and adherence to company policies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the company&rsquo;s cash handling policies and procedures.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of TDS and GST, and assist in direct and indirect tax filings.</li></ul>WHO WE ARE Lobha Deepthis, a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), vertically integrated ethnic clothing brand that showcases India's unique fabrics and crafts through perfectly stitched ready-to-wear clothing.
