Sales Coordinator

<ul><li>Job Title: QHSE Engineer</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safety &amp; Health</li><li>Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.</li><li>Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures aligned with ISO 45001 and best industry practices.</li><li>Lead safety induction and training sessions for employees, educating them on risk factors, safe work procedures, and emergency response protocols.</li><li>Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries, inspections, and audits from regulatory authorities.</li><li>Quality Management</li><li>Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products, materials, and services meet client specifications and company standards.</li><li>Support implementation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001.</li><li>Conduct internal quality audits, inspections, and reviews to verify adherence to processes and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure all deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks.</li><li>Maintain quality records, calibration certificates, inspection reports, and non-conformance registers.</li><li>Environmental Management</li><li>Assist in the development and enforcement of environmental policies in line with ISO 14001 standards.</li><li>Monitor environmental performance indicators, including waste management, emissions, and resource consumption.</li><li>Promote environmental awareness and sustainability practices within the organization.</li><li>Integrated Management System (IMS)</li><li>Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.</li><li>Coordinate external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings and non-conformities.</li><li>Maintain and update documentation including risk assessments, inspection logs, training records, and QHSE manuals.</li><li>Leadership &amp; Coordination</li><li>Collaborate with management and departmental heads to integrate QHSE objectives into daily operations and project planning.</li><li>Supervise and guide external safety officers, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.</li><li>Recommend improvements to existing systems and participate in implementing new safety or quality control technologies.</li><li>Stay updated on new legislation, standards, and best practices related to QHSE and advise management accordingly.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in a QHSE or Safety Engineer role, preferably within the construction, industrial, or engineering sectors.</li><li>Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO 9001:2015 Awareness</li><li>Strong understanding of local and international QHSE regulations and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety/quality management systems.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across all organizational levels.</li><li>High attention to detail with proactive and diligent work habits.</li><li>Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and perform under pressure.</li><li>Leadership and training capabilities with a demonstrated ability to foster a culture of quality and safety excellence.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
