CARELY is hiring Female Tele Nurses for Post-Discharge/ OPD Consultation (Remote Patient Care Services). The role involves patient onboarding in Carely application portal, scheduling condition-based templates, daily follow-up calls to moniter patients' health condition, alert handling, clinical coordination &amp; escalation, and subscription renewal counselling.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Onboard patients using Discharge summaries/OPD prescriptions</li><li>Handle patient alerts and follow-ups</li><li>Make scheduled daily calls to patients/attendants</li><li>Coordinate with hospital doctors for clinical or emergency escalation</li><li>Counsel patients for subscription renewals</li><li>Maintain call logs and reports using MS Excel and other CRM based applications</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Female candidates only</li><li>Qualification: ANM / GNM Nursing (Mandatory)</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;2 years in Hospitals / Tele-Nursing / Patient counselling preferred</li><li>Skills: MS Excel (Mandatory); calling CRM based apps knowledge preferred</li><li>Languages: Odia, English &amp; Hindi (Bengali is an advantage)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Bhubaneswar, Orissa
