SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Prepare quotations and presentations for the projects (Lights &amp; Furnitures) Issue Proforma Invoice, place orders with the Companies etc.</li><li>Able to handle the projects independently Maintain track of all the on-going projects &amp; regularly provide update on the same</li><li>Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.</li><li>Ensure clients&rsquo; needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.</li><li>Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.</li><li>Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and Engineering teams for technical and pricing inputs Maintain and update quotation documentation including BOQs and pricing sheets.</li></ul>Ensure timely submission of quotations and maintain records for tracking and analysis. Good in Excel Once the Project order is confirmed &ndash;1. should know the project materials are ordered or not.2. When the materials is supposed to arrive.3. Material checking after arrival &amp; lamp and accessories are ordered or not.4. When to dispatch the material to clients.5. Installations when has to be done.<ul><li>Prepare Monthly reports of the projects and update the same to the Companies</li><li>Capable of handling any type of correspondence independently</li><li>Able to communicate with the clients</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
