Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist / Sales Associate to join our Boat Dealership team. This role combines expertise in digital marketing with a passion for engaging audiences across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with our online community. This opportunity is a fun and exciting one with opportunities for growth and advancement in our companies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter</li><li>Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and photography to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.</li><li>Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.</li><li>Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) for designing visuals and editing videos.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to improve content discoverability and web traffic.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and Google Analytics data to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.</li><li>Engage with followers through comments, messages, and relationship management to foster community loyalty.</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support e-commerce initiatives.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and professionalism before publishing.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) for graphic design and video editing.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, web analytics, Google Analytics, keyword research, and social listening tools.</li><li>Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns.</li><li>Excellent content creation skills including photography, proofreading, and branding techniques.</li><li>Ability to analyze data insights to optimize marketing strategies effectively.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences online.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing trends and innovation.
