Duties and Responsibilities 
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading multiple high level projects with high impact across the organization. The PM is responsible for overseeing software development and infrastructure projects for both IT and operational needs. The PM is expected to approach each project from a patient-centric perspective, identifying all necessary tasks that it will take to get the project completed and on time. The role demands proficiency in communication as well as organizational and time management skill sets.

<li> 
Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.</li>
<li> 
Delegating tasks on projects to employees best positioned to complete them.</li>
<li> 
Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.</li>
<li> 
Be the central point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.</li>
<li> 
Communicate no less than weekly to executives the status of projects.</li>
<li> 
Perform quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected.</li>
<li> 
Adjust schedules and targets as needed to ensure timelines are met.</li>
<li> 
Upon project definition and objectives, manage project life cycle.</li>
<li> 
Manage and track the following, but not limited to project schedule, financials, external and internal communication, resource planning, etc.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed.</li>
<li> 
Maintain active reporting via management software so the entire company is apprised of status.
</li><li> 
Use interpersonal skills to manage conflict and escalate to appropriate leadership when warranted.</li>

Assist in updating internal knowledge base systems.
