Our craft beers are proudly paired with fresh authentic home-style Mexican cuisine made here with love every day. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be the welcoming face behind the bar, expertly pouring and serving a diverse selection of beers, guiding guests to what we humbly believe is the best to-go beer selection in the neighborhood and building community in one of the most charming neighborhoods in Oakland- The Laurel. Responsibilities<ul>

Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer selections</li>
<li>Operate POS system (Toast) to process orders accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Serve beverages responsibly while adhering to all food safety and alcohol serving regulations</li>
<li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations with precision during busy service hours</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling standards</li>
<li>Support guest interactions to ensure a positive experience, resolving any issues promptly and professionally</li>
</ul>
Experience<ul>
<li>
Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in beer industry</li>
<li>Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures</li>
<li>21 + over</li></ul></div>
