Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market demands (especially European &amp; UK markets).</li><li>Develop seasonal collections and design concepts based on buyer requirements.</li><li>Create sketches (manual &amp; digital using Illustrator/CorelDRAW).</li><li>Prepare tech packs including measurements, fabric details, trims, and stitching instructions.</li><li>Coordinate with sampling and production teams for prototype development.</li><li>Review samples and suggest necessary modifications before bulk production.</li><li>Work closely with merchandisers for buyer presentations.</li><li>Ensure designs meet cost targets and production feasibility.</li><li>Maintain updated design archives and fabric libraries.</li><li>Support marketing team in photoshoots and promotional content when required.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Fashion Designing.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years experience in apparel manufacturing or export industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric behavior.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.</li><li>Understanding of international sizing standards (UK/EU preferred).</li></ul>Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Fashion Designer: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
