&middot; Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and industry standards.&middot; Ensure compliance with SOPs and work instructions across operations.&middot; Supervise raw material, in-process, and final product inspections.&middot; Monitor and validate testing methods for accuracy and reliability.&middot; Conduct internal audits and support external audits.&middot; Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements.&middot; Identify quality gaps and implement corrective &amp; preventive actions (CAPA).&middot; Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.).&middot; Supervise and guide QA/QC teams for effective performance.&middot; Train staff on quality standards, SOPs, and best practices.&middot; Maintain all QA documentation, records, and reports.&middot; Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
