Key Responsibilities:1. Product Photographyo Capture high-resolution product photos for catalogs, e-commerce, social media, and exhibitions.o Execute on-model, tabletop, and lifestyle shoots for safety apparel and gloves.o Maintain consistency in lighting, framing, and color accuracy across all visuals.2. Video Production &amp; Editingo Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos, training clips, factory process videos, and product showcases.o Add motion graphics, voiceovers, subtitles, and branding as required.o Create short-form content (reels and clips) for digital marketing.3. Creative Direction &amp; Coordinationo Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandising, and Production teams to align creative output with campaign needs.o Support international trade shows and product launches with required visuals and video presentations.4. Digital Asset Managemento Maintain a digital archive of photos and videos with proper metadata and version control.o Ensure accessibility and file backup of all digital assets for company use.5. Equipment &amp; Studio Managemento Handle camera, lighting, backdrop, and video gear responsibly.o Set up in-house photography studio space and maintain its readiness for scheduled shoots.6. Human Resource Management<ul><li>HR Operations &amp; Policy Management</li><li>Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws of Punjab and federal regulations.</li><li>Maintain HRIS and accurate employee data.</li><li>Recruitment &amp; Selection</li><li>Lead the full hiring cycle from requisition to onboarding.</li><li>Use modern hiring tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Mustaqbil, Rozee.pk, AI hiring platforms).</li><li>Coordinate traineeship programs and university partnerships.</li><li>Talent Management &amp; Development</li><li>Plan and execute training &amp; development programs.</li><li>Identify skill gaps and develop training modules.</li><li>Manage succession planning and career path frameworks.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits</li><li>Oversee payroll accuracy in coordination with finance.</li><li>Manage attendance, overtime audits, shift planning (with audit department verification).</li><li>Ensure transparent wage and benefit practices.</li><li>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</li><li>Resolve employee grievances using a proper grievance mechanism.</li><li>Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Facilitate counseling, mental health support programs, and EAP initiatives.</li><li>Performance Management</li><li>Implement KPIs and evaluation systems for all departments.</li><li>Monitor adherence to health &amp; safety KPIs.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions where required.</li></ul>B. Social Compliance Management<ul><li>Compliance System Leadership</li><li>Ensure continuous compliance with standards: WRAP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, CTPAT, GRS.</li><li>Maintain Social Compliance Manuals, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Audit Management</li><li>Lead all 3rd-party, customer, and internal audits.</li><li>Prepare corrective action plans (CAPs) and ensure timely closure.</li><li>Maintain documentation for compliance, environment, and sustainability.</li><li>Legal &amp; Statutory Compliance</li><li>Maintain and update the Legal Register under Punjab H&amp;S Laws.</li><li>Ensure compliance with minimum wage, working hours, overtime rules, and OSH standards.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety Coordination</li><li>Collaborate with HSE team for OSH improvements.</li><li>Drive accident prevention culture and zero-accident targets.</li><li>CSR, Sustainability &amp; Ethical Practices</li><li>Implement initiatives related to environment, waste reduction, worker welfare.</li><li>Lead diversity &amp; inclusion programs, women empowerment initiatives, and local community engagement.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Liaison</li><li>Handle customer compliance queries and documentation.</li><li>Represent the company during audits, buyer visits, and compliance reviews.</li></ul>3. Required Qualifications Education<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.</li><li>Certifications in Social Compliance (WRAP, SA 8000, ISO standards) preferred.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>10+ years of HR &amp; Compliance experience in textile/leather/apparel manufacturing.</li><li>Strong experience in dealing with audits, labor laws, and HR administration.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR &amp; Compliance: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
