 Del Monte Foods is the Foods Division of Fresh Del Monte, a global grower, producer and marketer of fresh, value-added, and shelf-stable produce. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Supply Chain &amp; Logistics while also overseeing facilities coordination for our Pittsburgh headquarters. This individual will operate as a strategic partner, ensuring the VP can operate at full capacity while maintaining a high-performing, well-run workplace environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role blends executive support, operational coordination, and facilities oversight, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Accountabilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive Enablement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling with a focus on maximizing executive effectiveness
 </li>
 <li>
 Help coordinate materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator, ensuring alignment on priorities and efficient use of time
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, logistics, and itineraries with precision and foresight
 </li>
 <li>
 Support communication flow between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Team and Event Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive follow-ups on key initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Support supply chain leadership meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and action tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and communications for internal teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate cross-functional activities across supply chain, logistics, and corporate teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring structure and organization to fast-moving priorities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Facilities Leadership (HQ &ndash; Pittsburgh)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day operations of the headquarters facility to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor relationships (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.) and service contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate office space planning, seating, and workplace experience initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead response efforts for facility-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption
 </li>
 <li>
 Support company events, meetings, and on-site experiences
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Culture and Office Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Help foster a high-performance, team-first culture within the headquarters
 </li>
 <li>
 Support leadership engagement activities, team events, and all-hands coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a connector across teams, reinforcing communication and collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 Create a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Skills Required:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in operations or supply chain environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with office or facilities coordination strongly preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook,
 </li>
 <li>
 PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and follow-through.
 </li>
