Level 1 &amp; 2</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Provides product delivery and retail service on designated route.</b></li><li><b>Implements themed promotions, marketing programs, and merchandising strategies for designated route.</b></li><li><b>Administers product rotation policy.</b></li><li><b>Communicates significant market conditions to retailers and employees.</b></li><li><b>Develops and improves account relationships for the designated route.</b></li><li><b>Completes training requirements for current position.</b></li><li><b>Attends meetings and events as required.</b></li><li><b>Ability to use all equipment required for position.</b></li><li><b>Ability to assist the sales/merchandising team as needed.</b></li></ul></h1><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Educational requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li><b>High school degree or equivalent experience.</b></li><li><b>Core competencies in business math and personal computers.</b></li></ul></h1><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experiential and skill requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Demonstrated customer service orientation.</b></li><li><b>Demonstrated ability to listen and communicate effectively.</b></li><li><b>Minimum of one year of related creative merchandising experience, including display building, in the beverage or grocery environment.</b></li></ul></h1><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Physical / Sensory requirements:</b><br>
<ul><li><b>Ability to operate a hand truck, a six-wheel cart, straddle jack, and an electric pallet jack.</b></li><li><b>Ability to visually inspect and read code dates on products.</b></li><li><b>Ability to obtain and hold a Texas Class C driver's license.</b></li><li><b>Ability to lift 50 lbs. to overheard &amp; 160 lbs. to waist level repeatedly.</b></li><li><b>Ability to utilize standard hand-held computer input/output devices.</b></li><li><b>Ability to pass O.S.H.A. forklift certification.</b></li><li><b>Ability to manipulate standard hand tools, such as pliers, screwdrivers, and hammer.</b></li><li><b>Ability to climb a 10' ladder.</b></li></ul></h1><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
