 This is a full-time, temporary role (standard business hours- no evenings or weekends!) projected to last 6-8 weeks. No prior research experience is required- just bring your healthcare background and enthusiasm!

 What You Will Do
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Deliver excellent care and a positive experience for patients in our clinical research studies
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide patients through every step of their visits, including rooming, vitals, ECGs, documentation, blood draws, progress notes, and data collection
 </li>
 <li>
 Process and ship biological samples according to study protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and timely patient charting, reviewing your own work for quality and precision
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture data from patient questionnaires and enter it into multiple online systems with attention to accuracy
 </li>
 <li>
 Your work directly supports groundbreaking clinical trials that move medicine forward!

About the Role

We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Business Development team in showcasing the performance, expertise, and thought leadership of our organization and investigators. This position plays a key role in the development and execution of marketing strategies in line with Business Development and overall company goals. This role is crucial in driving brand visibility, developing compelling content, and ensuring that our success stories and clinical trial capabilities reach the right audience. 

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Content Creation &amp; Distribution:
<ul><li>Develop engaging social media posts (visual + text) for LinkedIn, both scheduled and event-driven.</li>
<li>Translate KPI performance metrics into charts, case studies, and compelling data visualizations.</li>
<li>Craft thought leadership articles that highlight our ability to conduct a diverse range of clinical studies.</li>
<li>Repurpose content for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, our website, and other BD materials.</li>
<li>Communicate new Marketing and Sales Enablement materials to the Business Development team to ensure alignment and execution.</li>
</ul></li><li>Graphic Design &amp; Branding:
<ul><li>Create high-quality visual assets, infographics, and marketing collateral to support BD efforts.</li>
<li>Maintain brand consistency across all content and materials.</li>
</ul></li><li>Website &amp; Marketing Support:
<ul><li>Ensure key success stories and thought leadership content are effectively repackaged and distributed via our website.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to highlight site performance and investigator expertise.</li>
</ul></li><li>Market Awareness &amp; Brand Recognition:
<ul><li>Conduct thorough market analysis on trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to help inform strategic decisions.</li>
<li>Develop a targeted marketing strategy that increases brand awareness among CROs, sponsors, and investigators.</li>
<li>Lead strategic LinkedIn posting focused on industry conferences, trial case studies, and key milestones.</li>
<li>Implement audience targeting strategies, including paid and organic content distribution, to engage potential sponsors and partners.</li>

</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills Required
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital strategy.</li>
<li>Prior agency experience preferred.</li>
<li>Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).</li>
<li>Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.</li>
<li>Healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research experience is highly desired.</li>
<li>Ability to translate data into compelling narratives through charts, infographics, and case studies.</li>
<li>Experience managing and growing LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and project management skills.</li>

<li>Collaborate on thought leadership pieces by designing layouts, graphics, and visual elements that enhance readability and impact.</li>
<li>Adapt and repurpose designs across platforms, including LinkedIn, website pages, presentations, and BD materials.</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing to ensure new visual assets are shared clearly with the Business Development team for consistent use.</li>
