Tuesday - Thursday are in the office No Travel/ExpensesTop Skills: MS Office (Excel &amp; PP), reports experience and purchase order experienceJOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Prepares and processes purchase orders and requisitions for internal customers within the market.</li><li>Facilitates approval of invoices and processes them within the appropriate system.</li><li>Updates necessary tracking system(s) daily and with accurate data.</li><li>Analyzes project data using PowerBI and internal Excel templates</li><li>Develops and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.</li><li>Attend project meetings to prepare for upcoming project needs and aid in the support of those tasks</li><li>Identify added project costs with the local team to determine forecast changes</li><li>Manages repository of project documents and maintains organization and accuracy.</li><li>Communicates all issues to management prior to reaching critical status.</li><li>Vendor management, where applicable.</li></ul>Education/Certifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Associate degree or (2) years of equivalent work experience preferred</li></ul>Experience/Minimum Requirements<ul><li>Two (2) years of related experience in operational coordinating with purchase order experience.</li><li>Excellent organizational/administrative skills</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Smartsheet experience</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>Other Skills/Abilities<ul><li>Computer skills using Microsoft Office and ability to learn a variety of tracking and project management software</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to thrive in a dynamic problem-solving environment</li></ul>Working Conditions: Works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions.Job Type: ContractPay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Melville, NY 11747
